Smithbridge wins male category for tug of war at Guam Contractors Association’s 27th Annual Family Picnic

Smithbridge Guam took out first prize for the men’s Tug of War at the Guam Contractors Association’s 27th Annual Family Day Picnic. 

The Guam Contractors Association 27th Annual Family Day Picnic was another fantastic day for the Guam construction community. Smithbridge Guam enjoyed a delicious barbeque at our tent, alongside our fellow Guam contractors, our awesome team and their families. 

The competition was tight and the scene was tense as the Smithbridge Guam team quickly made it to the semi finals. The crowd pressed in around the rope in anticipation of the grand final, causing some delays to the start of final as the Tug of War master had to ensure a safe Tug of War environment before the grand final tug began. With a well thought out strategy that showed excellent team work, the Smithbridge Guam team slowly but surely tugged the opposing team over the line to take out first prize.
