On September the 23rd, Smithbridge Guam employees participated in group training on fall protection. In addition to the training, teams took part in team building exercises based on the training.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable day for all employees involved. The training now qualifies them to perform specific tasks on site and work on Federally contracted jobs.
Smithbridge Guam holds training annually as well as targeted training on a regular basis based on the job type or when needed on site.
